ACAP Real Estate have extensive experience in the arrangement of the following financing routes:
- Development Finance: Development funding for residential and commercial property projects, typically taking a 1st charge against the asset, with a dual focus on maximising gearing and minimising interest rates and fees
- Investment Finance: Investment funding for the acquisition or refinancing of income-producing property, with a focus on driving appetite based on asset quality, lease length, location, tenant covenant in addition to other key factors for lending appetite
- Short Term Finance:
Short term funding to bridge residential, commercial and land asset acquisitions until exit via sale or refinancing out to longer term debt, with a focus on speed, maximising gearing and minimising interest costs - Mezzanine Finance: Additional hybrid funding source sat in between senior debt and equity tranches, taking a 2nd charge against the asset, with a focus on filling a funding gap and providing an overall competitive blended funding solution
- Joint Venture Equity Finance: Unlock additional equity funding alongside client principal equity for quality, secured residential and commercial real estate projects, with a focus on appetite from our network of HNW to institutional equity. In strong cases, we arrange up to 100% LTC
